The apartment hotel itself has a restaurant with a bar, a wellness area with a swimming pool and sauna, an underground parking space, which keeps the car free from snow, a ski room with boot heater, and an elevator, which, at the end of the day, can carry your tired legs up and down. In addition to the fantastic location, there are only 700 meters to the Gernkogel lift, and almost the possibility to ski to the door.

Unique Penthouse apartment in 2 floors with room for 11 people. On the upper floor there is an entrance hall with wardrobe space and a toilet.
There is a fantastic kitchen connected with a living room with sofa corner and cozy dining area. From the living room there is access to a beautiful balcony. On this floor there is also a bedroom with a double bed and a single bed and access to a bathroom.
The lower floor is furnished with 4 bedrooms of which one bedroom has access to a balcony. All bedrooms are furnished with a double bed.
