Hotel & Resort Hoch Tirol is located in Fieberbrunn, right next to the main lift. The Hotel is in walking distance from restaurants, bars and shopping. The house consists of 34 newly build apartments, and ranges from 2-room to 5-room apartments. All apartments have balconies and there is underground parking. You will also find a ski room, to storage your ski equipment and a laundry room with washers and dryers.

This wonderful apartment has 3 bedrooms with appurtenant bathrooms . In the apartment, you will also find a nice kitchen- dining area with access to a big balcony. One of the bedrooms has acces to another little balcony.
Prices are net of VAT and complete interior design packages as well as underground parking spaces are to be purchased separately with each apartment.
The resort is located in a prime location in Fieberbrunn directly opposite the main ski lifts, giving you quick and easy to access to all the 270kms of groomed pistes across the whole Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski region.
The new Ski Sonnenresort will offer an excellent range of on-site facilities to its owners and guests such as a restaurant, reception, spa wellness, fitness and kids games room.
Owners are able to use their apartments for up to 8 weeks each year and, for the rest of the time, the apartments will be rented out and professionally managed by a local rental agency.
