The resort is located in a prime location in Fieberbrunn directly by the main ski lifts, giving you quick and easy to access to all the 270kms of groomed pistes across the whole Saalbach-Hinterglemm-Leogang-Fieberbrunn ski region.
The new Ski & Sonnenresort will offer an excellent range of on-site facilities to its owners and guests such as a restaurant, reception, spa wellness, fitness and kids games room.
Owners are able to use their apartments for up to 6 weeks each year and, for the rest of the time, the apartments will be rented out and professionally managed by a local rental agency.
Construction is due to start in the Autumn 2021 with completion due 18 months later.
