This fabulous project, which will house 44 apartments, is ideally located in the beautiful dual season resort of Seefeld.
The Alpina Resort Seefeld is set to become one of the finest addresses in this already exclusive mountain hideaway.
Construction is due to start in Summer 2018 with apartments being delivered turn-key with your choice of interiors in December 2019.
The resort will be professionally managed by one of Austria’s top resort operators and owners are obliged to rent out their apartments when not being used personally. Communal facilities include reception, restaurant, bar, and wellness area.
The location is exceptional – a sunny plateau next to door to the kids ski piste on the Geigenbühel mountain. The main ski lifts are just 5 minutes away on the resort’s regular shuttle bus. The village center with its upmarket parade of shops, bars and restaurants are all easily reached on foot.
Located at the foot of the Geigenbühel mountain it is a mere 5 minute walk to the nearest lift, giving you access to the beginner slopes which are perfect for children or those learning to ski, and a 5 minute drive to the main gondola.
This can also be reached with the ski shuttle bus which goes regularly and stops just outside the building. It is a short walk into town and the nearest golf course is located only 1.5 km’s away. There will be an onsite restaurant, spa and reception as well as an underground parking garage and storage units for each apartment. All the apartments will have outside space, either in the form of a balcony or a garden.
The apartments will range from 42-114m2 and will have up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, depending on size. The project will be designed in an S-shape and will be built in a traditional style, in keeping with the rest of the resort. Construction will begin at Easter time 2018, ready for completion for the winter of 2019.
It will be finished in traditional Austrian style, giving the apartments a homey and cozy feeling, using high end materials and fixtures. There is also the option of adding a sauna to certain apartments. It will be professionally managed by an onsite team who have years of management experience, making it a hassle-free investment.
As it is part of a lease back scheme the apartment must be made available to rent when it is not in use by the owner.
