The Alpenhof is fantastically located in Bad Gastein, just a 5-minute walk from the main lift, the Stubnerkogel, and the delicious Felsentherme spa. If you live in the Alpenhof, you live very centrally, with a short distance to shopping, restaurants and nightlife. The stay can be enjoyed in peaceful surroundings in beautiful apartments with a fantastic view of the mountains along the Gastein valley. The apartments have by far the best location with quite a few min. to the city’s colorful center, where there are après ski, restaurants and shops. There are a total of 9 apartments in the Alpenhof all with large balconies / terraces.
In December 2009 the four stared AlpenHof was ready with 10 new renovated luxury apartments in Austrian style. The building is from the 1960’ies, and therefore, during reconstruction and modernization of the luxury apartments, we respected the building style from the time, to maintain the charm.
The apartment is situated just 200m from the main Bad Gastein gondola and all the resorts bars / restaurants and apres ski can easily be reach on foot.
A Storage room and a car parking are included in the purchase price.
Washing room and ski room are available for general use.
